FLAGPOLE STAND MAINTENANCE: • Make sure proper drainage is allowed at the base of each flagpole stand. Proper drainage allows any water that may get into the core a way escape so it doesn’t build up, seep through the gaps or crack blocks. • Concrete blocks can be cleaned with a gentle spray from a hose.

Line the bottom 6” of the hole with gravel or sand. Place PVC ground sleeve (A) into hole and fill around sleeve with concrete to within 1” of top of ground sleeve. Keep concrete out of ground sleeve. Insert a pole section into the ground sleeve and use a level to make sure that the pole is completely vertical before concrete cures.
