Assembly Instructions
Cut to t and attach end wall fascia trim from 1×6 boards to cover sheathing ends. From 1×4
boards, measure and cut 8 corner trim pieces. From a 1×4×10' piece mark and cut trim for the
top of the door opening, extending out to meet the lower roof trim. Nail to building.

STEP 10. FLOOR SHEATHING
• 12' Building: Cut three ¾" 4'×8' sheets to 48"×95½". From
two ¾" 4'×8' sheets cut three 47½"×48" pieces.
• 16' Building: Cut six ¾" 4'×8' sheets to 48"×95½".
• 20' Building: Use three full ¾" 4'×8' sheets. Cut
three ¾" 4'×8' sheets to 48"×95½". From two
¾" 4'×8' sheets cut three 47½"×48" pieces.
Notch to t frames and adjust as necessary.
Stagger end butt joints front to back.
Fasten using 8d nails every 8".
Nail 1"×6" trim boards to exposed ends of roof overhangs for the fascia
using 8d nails. The top edge of the fascia board should be ½" above the
top of the roof frame member to cover the exposed roof sheathing edge.
• 12' Building Eave Fascia - Use two 1×6×12' trim boards.
• 16' Building Eave Fascia - Use four 1×6×8' trim boards.
• 20' Building Eave Fascia - Use four 1×6×10' trim boards.
• 12' Building Cut six 4'×8' sheets of siding to 71"; •16' Building Cut eight 4'×8' sheets of siding
to 71"; • 20' Building Cut ten 4'×8' sheets of siding to 71".
Nail roof sheathing in place using 6d nails every 8" O.C.
Stagger sheathing end joints whenever possible.
•12' Building: Overhangs: from a 4'×8' sheet of OSB roof
sheathing, cut two 8"×96" and two 8"×48" pieces.
72" Low Roof: Using the 24"×96" piece left from the
overhangs, cut two 24"×48". From a 4'×8' OSB sheet, cut
two 48"×48". Cut another 4'×8' sheet into two 24"×96".
You’ll also need two full uncut 4'×8' OSB sheets.
45½" High Roof: Cut three OSB 4'×8' sheets to 45½"
wide. From one of those cut two 45½"×48".
•16' Building: Overhangs: from a 4'×8' OSB sheet cut four pieces 8"×96". 72" Low
Roof: From two 4'×8' OSB sheets cut four 24"×96". You’ll also need two full uncut
4'×8' OSB sheets. 45½" High Roof: Cut four 4'×8' OSB sheets to 45½"×96".
•20' Building: Overhang: from a 4'×8' OSB sheet of roof sheathing, cut four 8"×96"
and two 8"×48". 72" Low Roof: From two 4'×8' OSB sheets cut four 24"×96"; from
another, cut two 24"×48"; from another, cut two 48"×48". You’ll also need four
full uncut 4'×8' OSB sheets. 45½" High Roof: Cut ve 4'×8' OSB sheets to
45½"×96". From one of those, cut two 45½"×48".
Apply roof edge and felt. Apply shingles as per instructions printed on bundles.

STEP 12. FASCIA
All splicing is done on centers of frames. Notch siding at the top to t around E-Z frame overhangs.
Make certain end walls and frames are plumb (vertically level) and then fasten using 6d nails 8" O.C.
