4.3 Counter Sensor
Counter sensors are useful for measuring any changing parameter that is
provided via contact closure, such as water flow meters, some electrical meters,
etc.
Counter sensors are generally DS2423 based, and if so are directly compatible
with TEMP08. Set the DS2423 type to “C” (counter) when used in this mode.
A Water Meter counter example is shown in Figure 22.
