Scope and Purpose of This Manual
This manual covers complete instructions for the installation, operation, and normal
care of the 413 Lithotomy Chair. It is intended that this manual be used by any medical
personnel responsible for operating the chair during a medical procedure/exam, or
performing operator level maintenance. No repair information is included in this
manual as no repairs are authorized at the operator level.
Intended Use of Product
This product is intended to be used as either a chair or table to provide positioning and
support of patients during examinations and procedures conducted by qualified
medical professionals.
