The electrical rating for this chair is 230 VAC, 50/60 Hertz, 1.5 Ampere. The grounding
plug on the chair's power cord must be inserted into a matching grounded, 230 Volt
receptacle.
WARNING
If the chair malfunctions, immediately remove your foot from the footswitch,
unplug cord from the wall receptacle and assist the patient from the chair.

Use 230 Volt, 50/60 Hertz alternating current only. Failure to do so could result in

Place your foot into one of the two footswitch sections and rock your foot to activate
movement of the chair.
