To assure continued accuracy and reliability, every Matrx VIP 3000® and TEC 3
vaporizer should be serviced and calibrated annually. Service includes:
• Complete disassembly and cleaning
• Ultrasonic bath to clean internal metal parts
• Calibration and adjustment of Thermo Control
• Reassembly with new seals and wick*
• Cleaning/polishing of exterior parts
Vaporizers ARE NOT field serviceable. Disassembly or
service by anyone other than an authorized Factory Service
Technician may result in damage or subsequent unsafe
operation of the vaporizer.
* If additional parts are required, you will be contacted with an estimate.
Our Vaporizer Service Center is staffed with highly qualified service
technicians using state-of-the-art equipment. The Matrx VIP 3000
®
Vaporizer is a sophisticated device and under no circumstance should
be tampered with or disassembled by anyone other than an authorized
vaporizer service technician. These units ARE NOT field serviceable.

Exchange Program
Simple, convenient and effective
If your vaporizer has been manufactured or serviced in
the last 5 years, contact your dealer and request a Matrx
VXP™ vaporizer. You will receive a TEC 3 type
vaporizer for the agent you specify (Isoflurane or
Sevoflurane). Simply exchange your TEC 3 vaporizer
with the Matrx VXP™ vaporizer and return it to the
Midmark Vaporizer Service Center in the shipping
carton in which you received your Matrx VXP™ unit.
When you receive your Matrx VXP™ vaporizer, mount
it on your machine and you’re ready to go. Enjoy no
down time and the confidence of a cleaned, calibrated
and tested vaporizer.
The Matrx VXP™ Vaporizer you receive has undergone
the complete Midmark Vaporizer Service Center protocol.
