3 Press SELECT.
3 Local Mode menu
This menu has the following options for setting up the DL431 Mic Splitter for
local/console operation:
• Local — allows gain and function changes from the unit’s control panel (see “Control
panel” on page 4). Both mic amps, A and B, can be operated locally.
• Console — locks out the gain and pushbuttons on the control panel, and only allows
changes from the connected console. Only mic amp A can be operated from the
connected console.
>> To set up the unit for local or console operation
1 In programming mode, select menu 3 (see “To select a
menu” on page 13).
2 Press the up/down arrow button to select the mic amp
(A or B), for example, mic amp A. The number on the
left will flash to show which mic amp is currently
selected.
3 Press the up/down arrow button to choose the option
you want, for example, local.
4 Press SELECT.
If you didn’t change selection, the display shown right
will be missed out.
