Troubleshooting
1) If the oscilloscope does not start up at power on, please follow steps below:
 Check the power cord to verify it has been connected properly.
 Check the power on/off buttons to ensure it has been pushed.if you are using
the battery, check whether the battery on good condition.
 Restart the oscilloscope.
 Contact Micsig if the problem persists.
2) If waveforms will not display when the oscilloscope is switched ON, please follow the
steps below:
 Check whether the probe is connected correctly in the BNC socket
 Check whether the probe is connected correctly in the input signal
 Check whether signal source is working properly
 Check whether the channel switch (such as CH1,CH2 menu buttons) is turned
on
