A1: The USB Switch setting is set to the incorrect mode.
Enter the Setup mode, set USB Switch to USB Mode.
A2: The camera is disconnected from the computer.
Reconnect the USB cable.
A3: The files in the camera have not been transferred to the computer.
With the USB cable properly connected to both ends, drag and drop
the files to your computer.

Make sure one end of the USB cable is connected to your computer
and the other end to your cameras USB connector, then turn on the
camera.
For Windows 98/98SE, check to see if Camera Driver has been
installed on your computer.
Go to the Windows Control Panel and double-click Add/Remove
Programs. If the camera driver does not appear in the list, you must
install the camera driver from the Microtek CD-ROM.
Check if the camera is detected by your system.
1) Right-click the My Computer icon and click Properties. The
System Properties window appears.
2) Click the Hardware tab and then click the Device Manager
button. Expand the Disk drives tree; the removable disk drive
should be in the list.
Computer Problems
The transferred files cannot be
viewed on a computer.
Windows cannot find the
Removable Disk drive.
