SmartGlass
Be sure to check out the Xbox SmartGlass app too—it’s available for free in the Windows Store, and turns Surface

Maps
Maps can show you where you are, where you want to go, and provide directions to
get you there. Maps also shows you traffic conditions to help you find the fastest
route.
Note You need to be connected to the Internet to use Maps.
Move around the map. Slide your finger across the screen in any direction.
Zoom in and out. Pinch your fingers together or apart on the map.
Go to your current location. Swipe down from the top edge of the screen, then tap My location.
Get directions. Swipe down from the top edge of the screen, then tap Directions.
