Printing

Test Print
If you are having problems with print quality, you can do a test print.

Press Menu/Set, 4, 1.

Press Color Start or Black Start.

Press Stop/Exit.

If the problem appears on the printout, see Improving the print quality in the User’s Guide.
Restoring default printer settings
You can return the machine’s printer settings to the default settings. Fonts and macros loaded to the
machine’s memory will be cleared.

Press Menu/Set, 4, 2.

Press 1 to restore the default settings.
—OR—
Press 2 to exit without making a change.

Press Stop/Exit.
