The Administrator selection permits the Copy, Scaling,
Color/Mono and Watermark features to be locked and
password protected.
Note
Record your password and keep it in a safe place for future reference. If you forget your password these
settings can not be accessed.
Print setting (For Windows

XP/2000/NT

Users Only)
Improve pattern printing
Select the Improve pattern printing option if printed fills and patterns are different from the patterns and fills
you see on your computer.
Print Date & Time
When enabled the
Print Date & Time
feature, it will print the
date and time on your document from your computer’s system
clock.
