use Sett. wizard application to configure the settings, or you may
receive the settings directly as a configuration message, which you save
to your phone. For more information on availability, contact your service
provider or nearest authorized Nokia dealer.
When you receive a configuration message, and the settings are not
automatically saved and activated, 1 new message is displayed. To save
the settings, select Show > Options > Save. You may need to enter a
PIN code provided by the service provider.

Troubleshooting your phone
If you have problems with your phone, try the following before taking it
to a service point:
Reset the phone
Switch the phone off, remove the battery, reinsert it, and switch the
phone on.
Restore original factory settings
Select > Settings > General > Factory settings. Your documents and
files are not deleted.
Visit the Nokia support website
Visit www.nokia.com/support or your local Nokia website for product
support and FAQs. On this website, you can also find:
• The latest version of this guide, additional information, downloads
and services related to your Nokia product.
• List of local Nokia contact centers, if you need to contact customer
service.
• Your nearest Nokia service centers for maintenance services. Before
sending your phone for repair, always back up or make a record of
data in your phone.
Update your phone software
Nokia may produce software updates that may offer new features, enhanced
functions, or improved performance. You may be able to request these updates
through the Nokia Software Updater PC application. To update the device
