As with any other radio transmitting device, avoid touching the antenna when the phone is switched on. Contact with the antenna affects call quality and may cause the phone to operate at a higher power level than otherwise needed. Not touching the antenna area during a phone call optimizes the antenna performance and the talk time of your phone.

The volume keys are the same as the scroll keys. Press the top of the key to increase volume or the bottom of the key to decrease volume. A bar chart appears on the phone’s screen, showing the current volume level.

Caller groups The caller groups feature enables you to identify callers by the ringing tone or graphic that you have assigned to their group.
