• LOCK KEYPAD (KEYGUARD)
The keyguard feature allows you to lock the keypad to prevent accidental
keypresses (for example, when your phone is in a pocket or purse).
To lock the keypad, press Menu, then (within three seconds). To
unlock the keypad, press Unlock and then press (within three
seconds). While in keyguard, you can tap the power key to activate the
lights in the phone.
When keyguard is turned on, you might be able to make calls to the
emergency number that is programmed into your phone. For example, you
could dial 911 and press .
Accept incoming calls
During an incoming call, the keypad automatically unlocks.
Press or to answer the call. After the call, keyguard
reactivates automatically.
