Standard Travel Charger (ACP-7U)
This is a lightweight (187g) and durable AC charger.
• To use the Standard Travel Charger, plug it into a
wall outlet and connect the lead from the
charger to the base of your phone.
Rapid Travel Charger (ACP-8U)
This is a lightweight and durable AC charger. Calls
can be made during charging, even with a fully
discharged battery.
• To use the Rapid Travel Charger (ACP-8U), plug it
into a standard 120V or 220V AC wall outlet, and
connect the lead from the charger to the base of
your phone.
The charger can also be used together with the optional
Desktop Charging Stand. Approximate charging times for discharged
batteries are shown in “Charging times” on page 146.
Rapid Cigarette Lighter Charger (LCH-9)
You can charge your phone’s battery from
your vehicle battery by using the Rapid
Cigarette Lighter Charger (LCH-9).
Calls are possible during charging. A green
light indicates that the charger is ready for
charging (when not charging) or finished
charging (if it has been charging). The battery charging times are the same
as those for the Rapid Travel Charger (ACP-8U).
The input voltage range is from 11 to 32V DC, negative grounding. Avoid
prolonged charging with the Rapid Cigarette Lighter Charger (LCH-9)
when the car engine is not running; this could cause your car battery to
drain. Note also, that in some cars, the cigarette lighter plug is not
provided with electricity if the ignition is not switched on.
