Select IIS Smooth Streaming as your Output Format in order to
perform Live Smooth Streaming.

Type the publishing point where your live broadcast will be streamed.

If you view the broadcast in a graphing Silverlight player, you can see
frame rate, bit rate, and CPU load information that adjusts dynami-
cally depending on network conditions.
