The figure on the right shows the detailed
module pad dimensions. The pads include
400 µm half-vias
in order to achieve
proper solderability on the edge of the
PCB. The total height of the MCM
including shielding is 2.0mm+-0.1
. It is
the sum of PCB-
height (0.5mm), soldering
gap (0.05mm) and assembled shielding
components lid + frame (1.45mm).
