Check the latest news from your favorite sources.
Tap News.
To select the news sources you want to follow, swipe to Sources, and tap .
Follow topics that interest you
Swipe to Topics, tap , and search for whatever interests you – for example, your favorite hobby.
You can then read articles on the selected topics in the Topics view.
Tip: Want to have your most important topics at the top of the list? Tap , tap and hold the
topic you want to move, and drag it to a new place.
Get health and fitness information
Set and achieve your health and fitness goals. The Health & Fitness app helps you find useful
information, take time out for yourself, and keep on track with a healthy lifestyle.
Tap Health & Fitness.
Swipe to fitness, nutrition, or medical.
Find health and fitness tools
In today, tap a tracker or other item.
Track your workout
Tap Cardio Tracker > . To add information on a workout manually, tap Cardio exercise. Or, if you
want to let the app track your workout for you, tap GPS workout.
Tip: To sync the tracker information with the HealthVault service, go to https://
www.healthvault.com/, and sign up. The service is not available in all languages.
Track your diet
To add the food you just ate to Diet Tracker, tap Diet Tracker > , and search for the type of food.
Select the details, such as serving size, and tap .
You can see the calorie intake for the day in the Diet Tracker main view.
Tip: To change your Diet Tracker settings, such as your exercise level or diet goals, tap
Target.
Check the latest weather forecast
When you need to know if it’s going to rain or shine, check the current weather conditions or the
forecast for the coming days.
1. Tap Weather.
2. Swipe to Today to see the weather for your current location.
Tip: To see the forecast for your current location for the next ten days, tap Daily.
