Track your workout
Tap Cardio Tracker > . To add information on a workout manually, tap Cardio exercise.
Or, if you want to let the app track your workout for you, tap GPS workout.
Tip: To sync the tracker information with the HealthVault service, go to
www.healthvault.com, and sign up. The service is not available in all languages.
Track your diet
To add the food you just ate to Diet Tracker, tap Diet Tracker > , and search for the type
of food. Select the details, such as serving size, and tap .
You can see the calorie intake for the day in the Diet Tracker main view.
Tip: To change your Diet Tracker settings, such as your exercise level or diet goals, tap
Target.
Check the latest weather forecast
When you need to know if it’s going to rain or shine, check the current weather conditions or
the forecast for the coming days.
1. Tap Weather.
2. Swipe to Today to see the weather for your current location.
Tip: To see the forecast for your current location for the next ten days, tap Daily.
Tip: To quickly see the weather in other places, save your important locations to your
favorites. Swipe to Favorites, tap , and add a location.
Get new recipes and cooking ideas
Find recipes, and add the ingredients to your shopping list in just one tap.
Tap Food & Drink.
1. To find a recipe, tap Browse Recipes.
2. To browse recipes by category, such as major ingredients or dietary needs, swipe to
Recipes, and tap a category.
Tip: To add the ingredients of a recipe to a shopping list, tap .
Save your favorite recipes
To create a collection for your saved recipes, tap collections, and write a name for your
collection. To add a recipe to your collection, browse to the recipe, and tap .
Follow your favorite sports
Catch up with the latest sports news and results while on the go.
1. Tap Sports.
2. Swipe to My Sports.
3. Tap a category, or to find other categories, tap .
