Close a network connection
If several applications are using an internet connection, you can use the Connection
manager application to close some or all network connections.
Select Menu > Settings and Connectivity > Connection mgr..
In the active data connections view, you can see your current network connections.
indicates a packet data connection, and indicates a Wi-Fi connection.
View details for a connection
Select and hold the connection, and from the pop-up menu, select Details.
Details, such as the amount of transferred data and connection duration, are displayed.
Close a connection
Select and hold the connection, and from the pop-up menu, select Disconnect.
Synchronization
With the Sync application, you can synchronize your notes, messages, contacts, and
other information with a remote server.
Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Data transfer.
You may receive synchronization settings as a configuration message from your service
provider.
A synchronization profile contains the necessary settings for synchronization. When you
open the application, the default or previously used synchronization profile is displayed.
Include or exclude content types
Select a content type.
Synchronize data
Select Options > Synchronize.
Create a new synchronization profile
Select Options > New sync profile.
Manage synchronization profiles
Select Options and the desired option.
