To access the template list, press Menu, and select Messages, Text messages and
Templates.
Archive folder and my folders
To organise your messages, you can move some of your messages to the Archive
folder, or add new folders for your messages.
While reading a message, press Options. Select Move, scroll to the folder where
you want to move the message and press OK.
To add or delete a folder, press Menu, and select Messages, Text messages and My
folders.
• To add a folder, press Options and select Add folder.
• To delete a folder, scroll to the folder you want to delete, press Options and
select Delete folder.
Distribution lists
If you need to send messages more often to a fixed group of recipients, you can
define a distribution list containing those recipients and use this list, when
sending a message. You can define up to 7 distribution lists containing up to 20
recipients.
Note: In creating a distribution list, contacts entries that are stored in
your phone’s contacts directory are used. Contacts entries that are stored
on your SIM can be copied to your phone memory, see Copying contacts
on page 72.
To view and edit distribution lists, press Menu, and select Messages, Text
messages and Distribution lists.
