1. Get started
■ Insert SIM card and battery
Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the
battery.
This device is intended for use with the BL-5CB battery. Always use original Nokia
batteries. See “Nokia battery authentication guidelines”, p. 20.
The SIM card and its contacts can easily be damaged by scratches or bending, so be
careful when handling, inserting, or removing the card.
1. Remove the back cover (1).
2. Remove the battery (2).
3. Insert the SIM card (3).
4. Replace the battery (4).
5. Replace the back cover (5, 6, and 7).
