Enabled Goal
At least one goal must be used in an optimization. An optimization can not be
performed with constraints only.

A maximum of 250 lines of data can be used in the external data file.

Missing External Column
The first line of an external data file must contain names for each column of data. The
first column should contain the X axis data, and each succeeding column should
contain Y axis data for each external specification. The column names (on the first
line) must be identical to those used in the Specification dialogs (X Column Name, Y
Column Name).
