2.1 Controller Module
The RAID subsystem includes a 4-Gigabit Fibre-to-SAS/SATA II Controller Module.
Some of the functions the 4Gb FC-SAS/SATA controller supports are as follows:
 533 MHz RISC AMCC 440SPe processor with an embedded R6 XOR engine
 The controller supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10
 Up to 1024 LUNs
 Online expansion & online rebuild
 Global / Local Hot Spares
 Drive Roaming
 Immediate RAID Availability
