Elastic Double Suspensions
A 22 S, A 22
The angle between the micro phones can be varied as
well as the angle of inclination for the pair. However, it
is not suitable for stereo pickups because of the very
limited range of angles and spacings possible between
the microphones. This type of clamp is primarily intend-
ed for holding a main microphone and a backup when
extreme operational security is required.
The A 22 S is the standard version. The A 22 has
softer elastics.

A 20 S, A 20
– for a microphone of 20 or 21 mm diameter
(e.g. CMC, CMD, CMIT or CMBI)
The A 20 is recommended when only the micro phone
amplifier and a cap sule are used, and maximum pro-
tection from vibration is desired, for example on a
boom.
When accessories such as the CUT filters, GVC or
S 250 Cg are added to the microphone, the stiffer
elastics of the A 20 S are required.
A special clamp secures the microphone cable. This
is neces sary with the A 20 and advantageous with the
A 20 S.
The microphone can be tilted to any angle.
