7.0 SUPPORT SERVICES
A number of support services are available to users of the Micro-PWC system and other Micro-DCI soft-
ware and equipment. These include training programs, software maintenance agreements, and replace-
ment parts.
7.1 Software Maintenance Agreement
A Software Maintenance Agreement provides the user with Software Update Service. Software Updates
may provide modifications, improvements and/or enhancements to existing functionality. Software Update
Service includes:
• the right to receive one copy of the Software Updates for the software specified in the
Agreement, and related standard documentation, which are released during the term of the
Agreement.
• a copy of the standard documentation concerning Micro-DCI Software Updates.
7.2 Training
A modern facility is available that provides service and repair instruction. On-site training is also available.
Contact a local company sales office for specific information and scheduling.
7.3 Replacement Parts
The Micro-PWC system is a software product. Optional hardware items available for use with the Micro-
PWC system are shown in Table 7-1 through Table 7-4.
