3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
• Before starting any maintenance work, always ensure that the
plug has been removed from the safety socket (do not pull on
the cable, but on the plug). There is a risk of electric shock due
to live parts.
• Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the ap-
pliance. If the plug is not accessible, the corresponding fuse
for the mains electricity supply to the house needs to be
switched off. There is a risk of electric shock due to live parts.
• Do not use any flammable liquids to clean the appliance or
any parts of the appliance. There is a RISK OF EXPLOSION AND
FIRE due to the resulting fumes!
3.5. Faults
• Never try to open and/or repair an appliance component
yourself. There is a risk of electric shock.
• A damaged mains cable may only be replaced by an author-
ised repair workshop or customer services to avoid any risks.
• In the event of a fault, contact our Service Centre or another
suitable professional repair workshop.
3.6. Disposal
• Remove the door before disposing of the appliance and leave
the storage shelves for the bottles in the appliance to prevent
children climbing into it. There is a risk of suffocation if the
door slams shut.
• Before disposal cut off the mains cable.
