To move an annotation:
1. Click Move annotation
on the graph toolbar
2. Drag the annotation to any location on the graph you
choose.
3. Click Move annotation a second time.
To edit an annotation:
1. Place the cursor on the point to which the annotation is
attached.
2. Click Graph on the menu bar.
3. Click Edit annotation.
4. Edit the annotation in the text box.
5. Click OK.
