All of the sound card selection for Digital operation happens in N2AMG's Digital Interface code. It is
through the DI that one selects the soundcard to use for MMTTY and/or MMVARI.
Filter setup (bandmap button)
Right click in bandmap and select "Set transceiver filter codes". Make a choice:
The kenwood settings are the default in N1MM logger.
The K3 has te be set up using K31;FWxxxx;K30; where "xxxx" is the desired bandwidth divided by
10.

Function keys
Not only messages can be placed into Function keys but also commands can be sent to the radio
using macros.
Example: {CAT1ASC cmd } or {CAT1HEX cmd } The number 1 is the Radio which can be 1 or 2.
Cmd is the command to the radio.
Radio Command Action
Elecraft K3 {CAT1ASC K31;PC120;K30;} Set radio to 120 Watts
Elecraft K3 {CAT1ASC K31;PC010;MD5;K30;} Set to 10 Watts and mode AM.
Used to tune automatic tuner using low power.
Elecraft K3: Check the K3 Programmers reference for all possible commands.
You can easily experiment with the filter codes using the {CAT* program macros.
2.7 MMTTY setup
For RTTY contesting N1MM permits using the MMTTY Engine, MMVARI and/or an external TNC.
This configuration is based on using MMTTY for FSK and MMVARI for PSK.
Install MMTTY in TWO different directories on your hard disk.•
Run both instances of MMTTY.•
Click Setup | Setup MMTTY•
Choose the Demodulator Tab

Change and setup Ham Default♦
Ham Default: 915 170 (Normal: Ham Default: 1275 170 (low tones): 1275
