3.2.1. Tag Mode: Gen2, Gen2+ RSSI, ISO6B
 Gen2： ISO 18000-6C Tag
 Gen2 + RSSI：ISO 18000-6C Tag and provides the Received Signal Strength
Indication (RSSI), channel Q, and channel I- path readings
 ISO6B：ISO 18000-6B Tag
