OPERATION
2.8 POWER OUTPUT
For 16A and 5A power control cards, heaters are
connected to a female HARTING HAN E 24 pins 16A
connector.
Wiring diagram according to INCOE standard:
Each zone Nbr. (or control card) must match with
the same number for thermocouple and heating
element.
INCOE® cables for thermocouples and power have
specific features to prevent wrong orientation of plug
/ receptacle inserts.
2.9 ALARMS AND SETPOINT SWITCHES
It is possible to remotely switch from service setpoint
to standby setpoint and vice-versa over a switch
connected between pins 1 and 4 of the connector
2nd SETPOINT AND ALARMS.
Contact closed = 2nd setpoint.
Contact open = 1st setpoint.
It is possible to activate a sound or visual alarm
(buzzer, flashlight…) from the same connector.
- for deviation high: switch between pins 5 and 2.
- for deviation low: switch between pins 6 and 3.

A sticker is affixed on the upper cover of the cabinet
(version 4U) or on backside of cabinet (version 9U
and superior):
2.10 COMMUNICATION ACCORDING TO
EUROMAP 17 PROTOCOL
4 pins connectors male and female located on
backside of cabinet enable the connection of an M
Series cabinet to an injection molding machine or
with a computer for data exchange according to the
EUROMAP 17 protocol.
CAUTION:
Respect polarity on wires BC+ et BC-.
