 AT/ATX power mode select
 COM1/2 port RI and voltage selection (optional)
 CRT/LCD mode select
 LCD panel (LVDS/TTL) voltage select
 LCD panel shift clock setting
 PC/104-Plus VIO voltage select jumper & SERIRQ select
 RS-422/RS-485 select
