1.4 RN41/42 EVALUATION KITS/BOARD CONTENTS
The components of the RN41/42 Evaluation Board are shown in Figure 1-3. This figure
describes the evaluation board’s interfaces and connectors. Ta ble 1 -2 describes the
status LEDs. The Green LED indicates the status of the Bluetooth connection and the
device in Configuration mode. The RN41 and RN42 modules are pin compatible and
the description applies to both RN-41-EK and RN-42-EK boards. For the board’s sche-
matic, refer to Appendix A. “RN41 and RN42 Evaluation Kit Schematics”.
