- Reads as ‘0’ when RX0BF is configured as an interrupt pin
bit 3 B1BFE:
RX1BF Pin Function Enable bit
1 = Pin function is enabled, operation mode is determined by the B1BFM bit
0 = Pin function is disabled, pin goes to a high-impedance state
