3.1.4 SEND FLASH ACCESS PASSWORD
This command is used to send a user-supplied pass-
word that will be compared with the one stored in the
device’s Flash when Flash updates (Chip/GP configu-
ration, USB strings) are required and the Flash data is
password-protected.
In the case where no protection mechanism is in place,
or the Flash data has been permanently locked, this
command has no meaning.
