33.5.11.1 WAVSEL = 00
When WAVSEL = 00, the value of TC_CV is incremented from 0 to 0xFFFF. Once 0xFFFF has been reached, the value of TC_CV is reset.
Incrementation of TC_CV starts again and the cycle continues. See Figure 33-7.
An external event trigger or a software trigger can reset the value of TC_CV. It is important to note that the trigger may occur at any time.

RC Compare cannot be programmed to generate a trigger in this configuration. At the same time, RC Compare can stop the counter clock
(CPCSTOP = 1 in TC_CMR) and/or disable the counter clock (CPCDIS = 1 in TC_CMR).
