Once the entire main area of a page is written with data, the register content must be stored at any free location of the spare area.
BITADDR: Bit Address
During a page read, this value contains the corrupted bit offset where an error occurred, if a single error was detected. If multiple errors
were detected, this value is meaningless.
WORDADDR: Word Address
During a page read, this value contains the word address (8-bit or 16-bit word depending on the memory plane organization) where an
error occurred, if a single error was detected. If multiple errors were detected, this value is meaningless.
