0000 0110 = PIC18F6490/8490 devices
0000 1011 = PIC18F6390/8390 devices
Note 1: These values for DEV10:DEV3 may be shared with other devices. The specific device is always identified
by using the entire DEV10:DEV0 bit sequence.
