0 = FVR circuit not enabled by FVREN. Other peripherals may enable FVR.
bit 6 FVRST: Fixed Voltage Stable Status bit
1 = FVR is stable and can be used.
0 = FVR is not stable and should not be used.
bit 5-0 Unimplemented: Read as0’.
