BOR, originally
parameter D005) in Section 25.1 “DC Character-
istics: Supply Voltage” of the Device Data Sheet
have been changed.
The specifications and parameter numbers have
been revised for devices with date codes from
0401xxx to 0420xxx, inclusive.
Specifications and parameter numbers have been
revised for specific temperature ranges for date
codes from 0421xxx and higher.
The new information is shown in bold text.
