1. I/O pins have protection diodes to VDD and VSS.
2. Port Latch =‘1’ and TRISC =‘1’ enables weak pull-up if RCPU
=‘0’ in OPTION register.
3. If the CMAOE bit (CMCON<1>) is set to‘1’, RC0 becomes REFA, RC1 becomes CMPA,
ignoring the PORTC<1:0> data and TRISC<1:0> register settings.
