0111 = PWM7H is selected as state blank source
0110 = PWM6H is selected as state blank source
0101 = PWM5H is selected as state blank source
0100 = PWM4H is selected as state blank source
0011 = PWM3H is selected as state blank source
0010 = PWM2H is selected as state blank source
0001 = PWM1H is selected as state blank source
0000 = 1’b0 (no state blanking)
