Data Sheet Clarifications
The following typographic corrections and clarifications
are to be noted for the latest version of the device data
sheet (DS70292G):
1. Module: Electrical Characteristics
For Parameter DC60d (Base IPD) in Table 30-7,
the maximum value is corrected to read as 85 µA.
2. Module: Electrical Characteristics
For Parameter DI51d (Input Leakage Current) in
Table 30-9, the maximum value is corrected to
read as ±12 µA.
3. Module: Electrical Characteristics
For Parameter F21a (Internal RC Accuracy) in
Table 30-19, the values for the temperature range
of -40°C to +85°C are corrected to read as -30%
for minimum and +30% for maximum.
4. Module: Electrical Characteristics
For Parameter DA01 (Positive Output Differential
Voltage) in Table 30-46, the minimum value is
corrected to read as 0.8V.
5. Module: High-Temperature Electrical
Characteristics
A new table and specification, Table 31-6: I/O Pin
Input Specifications and Parameter DI51f (Input
Leakage Current, specific pins), are added to this
chapter. They are shown in Table 31-6 below.
All subsequent tables in the chapter are
renumbered accordingly.
6. Module: Electrical Characteristics
Specification F20 (FRC Accuracy) has changed to
reflect oscillator accuracy over three non-
overlapping temperature ranges; this supersedes
the previous specifications F20a and F20b. The
existing Table 30-18 is replaced in its entirety with
the new version (below).
