DOCUMENT LAYOUT

This document describes the PICDEM 2 Plus demonstration board, tutorial and

demonstration software. The guide’s contents include:

• Chapter 1. “Introduction” – Introduces the PICDEM 2 Plus and provides a brief

description of the hardware.

• Chapter 2. “Getting Started” – Goes through a basic step-by-step process for

getting your PICDEM 2 Plus up and running as a stand-alone board or with an

ICE or ICD.

• Chapter 3. “Tutorial” – Provides a detailed description of the tutorial program.

• Appendix A. “Hardware Detail” – Describes in detail the hardware of the

PICDEM 2 Plus demonstration board.

Documents are identified with a “DS” number. This number is located on the bottom of each

page, in front of the page number. The numbering convention for the DS number is

“DSXXXXXA”, where “XXXXX” is the document number and “A” is the revision level of the

document.
