This bit locks the OSCULP32K register for future writes to fix the OSCULP32K configuration.
0: The OSCULP32K configuration is not locked.
1: The OSCULP32K configuration is locked.

These bits are unused and reserved for future use. For compatibility with future devices, always write these bits to
zero when this register is written. These bits will always return zero when read.
z Bits 4:0 – CALIB[4:0]: Oscillator Calibration
These bits control the oscillator calibration.
These bits are loaded from Flash Calibration at startup.
