For each field bit y (fault input number):
0: The current sampled value of the fault input y is 0 (after filtering if enabled).
1: The current sampled value of the fault input y is 1 (after filtering if enabled).
• FS: Fault Status
For each field bit y (fault input number):
0: The fault y is not currently active.
1: The fault y is currently active.
