0: The buffer empty signal from the transmitter PDC channel is inactive.
1: The buffer empty signal from the transmitter PDC channel is active.
• RXBUFF: Receive Buffer Full
0: The buffer full signal from the receiver PDC channel is inactive.
1: The buffer full signal from the receiver PDC channel is active.
