• PEN: Pen contact
0 = No pen contact since the last read of ADC_ISR.
1 = At least one pen contact since the last read of ADC_ISR.
• NOPEN: No Pen contact
0 = No loss of pen contact since the last read of ADC_ISR.
1 = At least one loss of pen contact since the last read of ADC_ISR.
• PENS: Pen detect Status
0 = The pen does not press the screen.
1 = The pen presses the screen.
Note: PENS is not a source of interruption.
