1 = Disable the “Interrupts Disable DMA”.
• NYET_DIS: NYET Enable (Only for High Speed Bulk OUT endpoints)
0 = No effect.
1 = Let the hardware handle the handshake response for the High Speed Bulk OUT transfer.
